Stedman is a small town with a long tail. A tight centre, and then properties spread out along the roads leading away from it in every direction.
That pattern matters more than the housing era does. In the middle of Stedman the jobs are ordinary small-town electrical work — a service that has run out of room, receptacles worn out over forty years, a kitchen being brought up to standard. Get a few minutes out of town and it changes: longer feeds, well pumps, detached buildings, and power that comes back later than it does in Fayetteville.

Yes, regularly. Stedman is in the same county as our base and sits in the quicker half of our service area, so both scheduled work and emergency calls are practical here rather than a stretch.
Usually aluminum branch wiring or an older panel brand prompting the question. We can carry out a written condition inspection, and where a full rewire is not warranted we will say so and price the smaller correction instead.
At least five for a compliant kitchen: two 20-amp countertop circuits, one for the dishwasher and disposal area, one for the refrigerator, and a 240-volt range circuit. Older kitchens here rarely have more than two.
It depends on the work, not the size of the house. Panel and service work, added circuits, rewiring, outbuilding feeds, generators and chargers all need one. Changing a light or a receptacle on sound wiring generally does not.
Longer feeds from the road, and losing power means losing water too. That moves generators and surge protection up the list, and it makes covering the whole property in one visit worth more than it would be in town.
