Call, text or email — you get an owner, not a call centre. Tell us what the job is and we will tell you honestly whether it is a two-minute fix, a scheduled visit or something bigger.

Different jobs suit different routes. Here is which one to use.
The main line. Best for anything urgent, anything you want an answer on today, and anything easier to describe out loud than in writing.
Second line. If the first one is engaged or you are calling out of hours and want to be sure somebody picks up, try this one.
Best for plans, drawings, inspection reports and anything with attachments. Builders and property managers, this is usually the easiest route. Do not email an emergency — call.
What happens when you call. A licensed electrician answers, not a dispatcher reading from a script. If it is something you can sort out yourself in two minutes, we will say so. If it needs a visit, you get a realistic date and an idea of cost before anybody gets in a van.
Not sure which yours is? Call and ask. Half of what we do at night is telling somebody over the phone what to switch off and whether it can safely wait until morning — see emergency electrician for the full guidance.
None of this is required. It just means we can give you a better answer on the first call instead of the second.
Say so when you call and you go on a different route to the homeowner booking line. Trade pricing on repeat work, priority scheduling, and an owner as your single point of contact.
For a build, email the plan and we will come back with an itemised bid and the dates we can hold.
You describe it, we ask a few questions, and you get a straight answer on whether it needs a visit at all. If a local firm nearer to you would serve you better on a small job, we will say that too.
We look at what is actually there rather than pricing from a description. On anything involving capacity, that means a load calculation, not a guess from the square footage.
Itemised, so you can see what each part costs and compare it line for line against any other quote. Nothing is ordered and nothing starts until you approve it.
Service and panel work, new circuits, rewiring, generators and EV chargers are permitted work in this area. We pull it and we are on site for the inspection.
Done, tested, panel directory labelled, and the permit and inspection record handed to you. It follows the house, and a buyer or an insurer will eventually ask for it.
Response times are not identical everywhere, and we would rather tell you that than promise otherwise. Cumberland County addresses are quickest; the northern and southern edges take longer and suit planned work better than a single small repair.
TALK TO AN OWNER
Hours
One of the two owners, including at night. Not a call centre and not an answering service taking a message. That matters on an emergency, because half of what we do on those calls is telling you what to switch off before we arrive.
Tell us what the job is when you call and we will be clear about that before anybody is booked. What we will not do is turn up, price it, and surprise you with a charge you were not expecting.
It depends where you are. Cumberland County addresses are quickest; Wake and Bladen county work is planned rather than same-day. We give you a realistic date on the call rather than one we cannot hold.
Yes, and it usually helps. A photo of the panel, the outlet or the fixture answers questions faster than a description does. Text or email them across before we speak if you can.
Yes, and it is a good share of what we do. Say so when you call so you go on the trade route rather than the homeowner booking line. Trade pricing on repeat work and an owner as your point of contact.
We will tell you. Sixteen cities is a real limit rather than a marketing figure, and taking work we cannot service properly helps nobody. If you are just outside it, call and ask anyway.
