Boris Elmore and JB Chadwick run the company between them. Both numbers on this site reach one of us directly — there is no dispatcher, no call centre, and no ticket number.
What that changes in practice: the person who quotes your job is the person who is accountable for it. Scope changes get priced the same day because the person pricing them is on site. And when something needs saying that a salesperson would not say — that the job is smaller than you feared, that a local firm nearer to you would serve you better, that the panel does not actually need replacing — there is nobody in the middle to soften it.
East Point Electric operates as part of East Point Construction, and holds a North Carolina electrical contractor licence with liability and workers’ compensation cover. Certificates are available on request before any work starts.

Older houses hide things — abandoned circuits, undocumented additions, aluminum wiring behind a modern faceplate. On anything involving capacity that means a load calculation, not a guess from the square footage.
Service and panel work, new circuits, rewiring, generators and EV chargers are permitted work here. We handle it and we are on site when the county arrives, so you get the sign-off rather than chasing it.

We install generators — the unit, the pad, the transfer switch and the full electrical scope. We do not connect the fuel. Your gas utility or a licensed propane contractor does that, and we coordinate our dates with theirs.
